Yoga of Body, Mind, Soul
It is possible that most people will be turned off from a typical American yoga class, for a variety of reasons. I love to see people taking the reins of their own practice. I love to help people do just that.
“Yoga” brings about a different response from every person I’ve met- although, a lot of people immediately respond with “oh, I’m not flexible”. Flexibility isn't the goal, folks! Well, certainly flexibility of the mind.
True yoga is union. True yoga is meditation in motion or in stillness. True yoga is practiced daily on and off the mat. And yes, true yoga helps with a lot of physical ailments as well!
Lets go over your needs with yoga, and devise a plan utilizing different yoga and mindfulness practices.
Yoga As Lifestyle
Anyone, in any career or life path, can tremendously change the quality of their lives with yoga.
Stress is sneaky! It can come in the form of a chronic injury or anxiety- from our lifestyles, jobs, or both!
Yoga IS for everyone. It isn't just about touching your toes or bending into a pretzel. Who is it for?
Its about the shoulder pain you've had for too long. Its about the sleep you're not getting because your brain won't shut up. Its about asking the questions of life, and finding peace.
Its about gaining balance and strength and having fun! Yoga is a crucial element to a balanced, healthy, and active lifestyle.
